8 portobello mushroom, trimmed
1 sprig rosemary, torn
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
ΒΌ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F
  2. Take a bowl and add all ingredients
  3. Toss to coat
  4. Place the mushroom in a baking sheet stem side up
  5. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes
  6. Serve and enjoy!
