8 fresh sea scallops
4 beef slices
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp. ghee butter
Salt and black pepper to taste


  1. Heat the butter in a skillet at medium-high heat
  2. Add the beef and cook for 4-5 minutes each side (till crispy)
  3. Moved to a paper towel to remove the excess fat
  4. Lower the heat to medium, sprinkle with more butter. Put the heavy cream and parmesan cheese, season
    with salt and pepper
  5. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 8-10 minutes, constantly stirring, until the sauce thickens
  6. In another skillet, heat the ghee butter over medium-high heat
  7. Add the scallops to the skillet, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes per side until golden
  8. Transfer the scallops to a paper towel
  9. Top with the sauce and crumbled beef
